According to the report, this office space has been sold to Bilkish Associates Private Limited, its price is Rs 5.90 crore. According to the documents, the area of this property is 1,559 square feet. Which also includes three car parking spaces. The company provides debt resolution, credit and sales services to banking and financial institutions, according to its website.
This deal was registered on March 27, 2026, for which stamp duty of Rs 35.40 lakh and registration fee of Rs 30,000 was paid. At present, the company has been contacted through email, while no response has been received from Sohail Khan in this matter.
Arpita Khan Sharma also sold the apartment for crores
Earlier, Salman Khan’s sister Arpita Khan Sharma sold her apartment in Khar area of Mumbai for Rs 22 crore in October 2025. Arpita had bought this property in 2017 for Rs 18 crore. This property is in the Flying Carpet Building located in Khar area of Mumbai. The area of this apartment is 2,500 square feet, and it also includes a terrace of 1,600 square feet.
