Suhail’s entry in the role of Sugriva
According to Variety India reports, actor Suhail Nayyar has become a part of this film and he will play the role of Sugriva in it. Sugriva is a very strong character of Ramayana, who supports Lord Rama by going against his brother Bali. Suhail Nayyar has previously worked in projects like Udta Punjab, Hasmukh and Single Papa. The news is that Suhail has started his shooting and the team of the film is working hard day and night. The shooting and post-production of the film are going on simultaneously so that the work can be completed on time.
Starcast of the film
In this film, Ranbir Kapoor will be seen in the role of ‘Lord Ram’, Sai Pallavi in the role of ‘Mata Sita’, Sunny Deol in the role of ‘Hanuman’ and Yash in the role of ‘Raavan’. Apart from this, Ravi Dubey as Laxman, Lara Dutta as Rani Kaikeyi, Arun Govil as Dasharatha, Rakul Preet Singh as Surpanakha, Raghav Juyal as Meghnad and Vijay Sethupathi as Vibhishan can be seen in the film. However, no official confirmation has been made yet by the makers. The film is going to be made in 2 parts, the first part of which will be released in theaters on Diwali 2026 and the second on Diwali 2027.
