Bollywood actor Rajpal Yadav had gone to jail a few days ago in a check bounce case. Now of course he is out of jail, but the case is still going on. A hearing has been held in Delhi High Court regarding this matter. During this time, the court has given relief to Rajpal Yadav that he will not go to jail for the time being.
Rajpal Yadav’s lawyer said that we have filed a petition for regular bail… The interim bail given by the court is ending today… Till now Rs 4.25 crore has been paid to Murali Projects Private Limited Company and a demand draft of Rs 25 lakh is being given today.
The court said that you have given sufficient amount so we are not sending you to jail again. The court asked Rajpal Yadav whether he had taken the loan… Rajpal Yadav present in the court said that yes he had taken it. The judge said that you were given chances several times but you did not submit.
Court reprimanded Rajpal Yadav
Rajpal Yadav said that in 2016 the judge said that Rs 10 crore 40 lakh has to be given. I had brought property papers of one of my friends worth Rs 28 crores. The court asked whether the money has to be given or not.

Rajpal Yadav said that I have already paid the money. When I had given two crore rupees and instead of taking the remaining money, the other party said that they do not want the money but want to send him to jail, then I went to jail.
When we go to jail, then that money gets exhausted because we have already served the sentence. Rajpal Yadav said that 22 crores were invested in the film, not 5 crores, 17 crores have been wasted.
The court said that for the last time you are being told that if you return the money then the case will be over.. If you want to argue then argue then. Delhi High Court said that we will decide the case in the next hearing. High Court said that the next hearing will not be postponed.. We will hear the case and decide. Next hearing on March 30.
