He told how his life had completely changed after TikTok was banned in India. His close friend Adnan Shaikh also expressed his opinion on this and remembered that time.

Shiney said that he had seen a video in which Faisu gets down from the car and lakhs of people are cheering for him. He expressed surprise and asked what does this person do and how did he become so famous.
The journey started with Dubsmash
Recalling his old days, Faisu said that in the beginning even he himself did not know why people were liking him so much. He started making 15 second videos on Dubsmash but later started making one minute videos. Used to post those videos on Facebook. He then posted a music video on YouTube which received 45 million views in six months. Then he understood how big the digital platform could become.
Tiktok ban and big shock
Faisu told that his plan was simple that the audience should see him in every third video. He himself had made about 7,500 videos. But then TikTok got banned and everything changed. His account had also been banned a year before that. At that time he was number one in India and the third most followed creator in the world. His videos had 1 billion likes which no one in India had. As soon as the account was closed, he shifted his 20-22 million fans to Instagram.
Grooming and new beginnings
The company with which he worked later. He supported them a lot. The CEO of that agency saw his potential and worked on him for a year or two. Faisu and his team had taken grooming classes. He used to tell how to sit, how to eat, how to behave like a gentleman. He felt that all this was making him a better person. So he continued that learning. In this way, after a difficult period, he has rebuilt himself.
