During an interview with IANS, when Karan Patel was asked about ‘The 50’ whether he sees it as a distance from acting, he said, ‘This is the reinvention phase of my career. I have not stopped, rather I am reinventing myself. Working in new formats is like challenging yourself. The desire to do something different inspires me to move forward. For me, ‘The 50’ is not a deviation from any path, but a part of the same journey which is taking me forward.
