Vijay Deverakonda made Rashmika Mandanna his companion, shared wedding photos and wrote – Made best friend his wife

After years of discussions and speculations, South Film Industry’s favorite couple, Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda have finally officially announced their marriage. The couple gave a big surprise to their fans by sharing beautiful pictures of their ‘dream wedding’ on 26 February 2026.

This marriage was very special because it witnessed the meeting of two different cultures. Rashmika and Vijay took seven rounds with double ceremonies as per Telugu Andhra customs and Kodava (Coorg) tradition.

While posting pictures from his wedding, Vijay wrote heart touching things. He told that he felt incomplete without Rashmika. Vijay wrote, ‘One day, I missed her a lot. I missed her so much that I felt my day would be better if she was around. Like if she had been sitting in front of me, my food would have tasted better. Like if she worked out with me, my workout would be more fun and less punishing. Like I needed that, just to feel at home and at peace, no matter where I was. So, I made my best friend my wife.

Rashmika also expressed her happiness and introduced Vijay to the world by calling him her ‘husband’. Rashmika wrote, ‘Hi my dears, now let me introduce you to ‘my husband’ Mr. Vijay Deverakonda. The man who taught me what true love felt like, the man who showed me what it felt like to live in peace. The man who told me every day that it was okay to dream big and constantly told me that I could achieve more than I could ever imagine. The man who never stopped me from dancing like no one was watching. The man who showed me that hanging out with friends is the best thing, and believe me I could write a book on this man.

The actress further wrote, ‘I have become the woman I always dreamed of, because you made her who she is today. I am really lucky.Vijju, I always have no words to express my feelings for you. That’s what I’ve always told you. But you know suddenly all my achievements, struggles, happiness, sadness, joy, life, everything has started making so much more sense now, it’s because I have you, watching it all.. you are the biggest part of it all.

Rashmika further said that she is very excited to spend the rest of her life with Vijay. He wrote, ‘I am very, very, very excited to become your wife. To be your wife! To be called your wife, it’s time for a full party. Let’s live the best life together. I love you.’ These pictures and emotional messages of both have created a stir on social media and fans are congratulating this new couple.
