Bollywood star Varun Dhawan has made a big revelation about the health of his daughter Lara. He told that his daughter had a problem called DDH (Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip). In this, the hip bone of the child is not in its right place, due to which the child faces a lot of difficulty in walking or running. Varun told that when Lara was one and a half years old, he came to know about this. Due to this, one leg starts appearing bigger and smaller and the child starts limping.

Varun told that the doctors did a special procedure to cure Lara. Although he did not require major surgery, he had to remain in a heavy plaster cast for two and a half months. It is very painful for a small child to undergo anesthesia and remain in plaster for so long. According to Varun, now his daughter’s plaster has been removed and she is slowly recovering. He also wants to write a book on this entire experience.

Varun shared this so that other parents can also become aware. He said that if you find anything strange in the way your child walks, then immediately consult a doctor. If it is detected in childhood itself, it can be easily cured. He also said that he does not want anyone’s sympathy, he just wants to tell people about this disease so that treatment can be done in time.
