The magic of ‘Periodic Era’ theme and earthy tones
This wedding was meticulously designed by RVR Eventz & Design. The theme of the wedding was ‘Periodic Era’, which was more of a tribute to India’s rich cultural heritage rather than a grand display. The decor emphasized simplicity and natural beauty rather than glitz. The entire venue was decorated in terracotta and earthy tones. The decor used terracotta as per Vijay’s special wish, while ‘Adduthera’ included sacred mantras as per Vijay’s mother’s choice, which made the ceremony extremely emotional and personal.
This beautiful ceremony was a serene experience at Mementos by ITC Hotels, Ekaya Udaipur. Now, unseen pictures from the couple’s special day are showcasing the beauty of the event.

In the newly surfaced pictures, Rashmika is seen sitting in a royal palanquin, winking at the camera and making a heart gesture with her fingers, while in one of the pictures, Vijay is seen waiting for his bride holding a sword, looking like the perfect groom, reliving the moments before the wedding rituals begin.
The wedding was planned on the theme of the periodic era, not as a big show but as a tribute to the country’s rich cultural heritage. Instead of going overboard with the decorations, the wedding planners chose to celebrate the beauty of the venue itself. The wedding had earth tones, with terracotta being artistically incorporated into the decor.
The wedding decorator said that from the structure to the flowers to the ceremonial venues, everything was done very thoughtfully. The decor used terracotta as per Vijay’s choice, while the Adutheera used sacred mantras as per his mother’s choice, making the wedding very personal for the couple.
