Shehla further said – “We had a washerman who used to call his wife. “‘Are O Shanti’ and from this came the dialogue ‘Are O Sambha’.” During that time, along with the songs of Sholay, audio records of Gabbar Singh’s iconic dialogues were sold well. Even today, everyone remembers the Gabbar Singh dialogue in the film Sholay.
