challenge before the court

Legal experts believe that under a stringent law like MCOCA, it may be difficult for an accused to get bail for marriage, especially when the case involves organized crime and underworld connections. The police may object on the grounds that the accused’s visit to Agra may pose a threat to law and order or the safety of witnesses.
