Ravi Dubey is a well-known name in the TV industry, who has played many memorable characters in his career. He started acting with ‘Stree Teri Kahani’, after which he worked in ‘Doli Saja Ke’ and ‘Yahan Ke Hum Sikandar’. Ravi Dubey became ‘Laxman’ after working hard for 21 years
Ravi Dubey has expressed his happiness about playing the role of Laxman in ‘Ramayana’. While talking to Galatta Plus, he said, ‘I have worked hard for 21 years to reach my first Hindi film. I think there is always a new audience that needs to be connected to and it is important to find the right platform for it. There can be no better challenge than Ramayana.
When he was asked what do you think people need to know about who Ravi Dubey is? On this he further said that if new audiences are connecting with him at this stage of his career, then he is extremely grateful for it. He also said that his expectations and ambitions are not very big.
Ravi Dubey further said, ‘This is a big opportunity for me. The makers have shown a lot of confidence in me, whereas no one has seen me in a Hindi film before. He also admitted that this project is like a new beginning for him, where he will present himself to the audience in a new form.
About the film ‘Ramayana’
Talking about the film Ramayana, Ranbir Kapoor is playing the role of Lord Ram in it. Whereas Ravi Dubey is playing the role of his brother Laxman. Apart from this, Sunny Deol, South Star Yash, Arun Govil, Sai Pallavi and many other actors are going to be seen in the film.
The first teaser of the film ‘Ramayana’ being directed by Nitesh Tiwari has been released on 2nd April on the auspicious occasion of Hanuman Jayanti. In this teaser, Ranbir Kapoor is shown as Lord Ram, which has further increased the excitement of the film. Let us tell you that the film will be released in two parts. The first part will come on the occasion of Diwali this year and the second in 2027.
