Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor will soon be seen in the lead role of Lord Ram in Nitish Tiwari’s ambitious film ‘Ramayana’. The makers of the film recently showcased the teaser of the film for select guests during a grand event in Los Angeles. While talking to the media on this occasion, Ranbir shared his journey and special experiences associated with his daughter Raha.

I tell stories of Ramayana to Raha.

Ranbir Kapoor told that he considers himself extremely lucky that he got this great role at the same time when he became a father. He said emotionally, ‘On one hand, I am living the character of Lord Ram on the set, while on the other hand, after returning home, I narrate the stories of Ramayana to my 3-year-old daughter Raha. Seeing him lost in these stories and asking him innocent questions like, did you shoot with Hanuman ji or Sita ji today? It is a very pleasant feeling for me.
The actor further said that Ramayana is embedded in our culture and our DNA. Raha’s interest proves how deep our roots go in our subconscious mind. He expressed hope that this film will touch the hearts of not only the Indian but also the audience across the world.
