New Delhi: Operation Sindoor is not just a military campaign, but is a symbol of the courage that showed the world that India does not compromise on its honor and security. Armed Forces, who became the face of this operation, reached the stage of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ recently. Colonel Sophia Qureshi, Wing Commander Vyomika Singh and Warship Commander Prerna Devasthali won Rs 25 lakh in the game. This amount was donated to the Welfare Fund of the three Forces. During the episode, the three officers and their families narrated very poignant stories. Wing commander Vyomika’s daughter told about the morning of 7 May 2025. That day, for the first time these three officers came in front of the country and told the country about ‘Operation Sindoor’. Read the story of that morning.

Sunishka, daughter of Wing Commander Vyomika Singh, told in KBC, ‘Everything seemed normal that day. In the morning, the mother kissed her cheek as usual and left for office. He had no idea that this day is going to be recorded in history. The atmosphere was somewhat different when he reached school. There was a discussion among friends that India had retaliated on the enemy. There was an atmosphere of mild fear and severity in the classroom. At that time he did not know that his mother is part of that mission.

While returning home, a friend said to watch TV. As soon as he looked at the screen, he was shocked to see his mother’s face there. For a moment, I was afraid of what happened. But then immediately he realized that this is not a fear but a moment of pride. Sunishka says that she has always had unwavering faith in her mother and Indian forces. In his words, ‘I was always confident that India would never back down. Mother has always inspired me. His bravery has also strengthened me.

Today, when Sureshka remembers those moments, the glow of pride in the eyes and the heart in the heart deepens. This story reminds us that behind every uniform is not just a soldier, but someone’s son or daughter, mother or father, whose courage inspires generations to come.
