Hrithik Why did Roshan close himself in the bathroom?
Rakesh recently told in an interview to ANI that Hrithik had locked himself in the bathroom because he found it difficult to say “thanks, Dubai”. Rakesh told that his son was always very educated and intelligent, but he always stopped himself due to the problem of stuttering. Rakesh said, “I felt bad that he had a lot to say, yet he used to hesitate due to stuttering. He used to get stuck on ‘D’. He locked himself in the bathroom to learn that sentence. He worked hard on himself. Now he does not stutter for the last 10-12 years.”
How did Hrithik Roshan control the problem of his stutter?
Rakesh further explained in the interview that how Hrithik always used to work on himself to improve the problem of his stutter. He told that the actor used to spend one hour English, Hindi and Urdu newspapers every morning to learn to speak without stopping. Hrithik had earlier told about the problem of stuttering, while Rakesh said that Hrithik has been able to speak properly without the problem of stuttering for the last 10-12 years.
No girlfriend was in school due to Hrithik’s stutter
Earlier, in an interview to the Indian Express, Hrithik told that he sometimes felt that life was doing injustice to him. This was because he had such a bad problem of stuttering in school that he could not speak. The school days were very painful and in addition, doctors told him that he could never become an actor. They were so broken that for months he felt like a dream. Hrithik had told, “I have never had a friend or girlfriend. I was very shy and just came back from school and used to cry, my spine had problems, doctors said that ‘you can’t dance’. I was so broken that I would stay awake for months and think that it is a dream, a dream, a dream. It was very sad and I could not become an actor … I am very painful … I am very painful.”

Talking about Hrithik Roshan’s work front, the actor will soon be seen in War 2. This much awaited film will be released in theaters on August 14, 2025. Ayan Mukherjee has directed the film and is a sequel to the 2019 blockbuster film War. The action drama film will also feature Junior NTR with Hrithik.
