A shocking news has come to light regarding the relationship between South Cinema and Bollywood’s famous actress Hansika Motwani and her businessman husband Sohail Khaturia. Mumbai’s Bandra Family Court has officially divorced the couple. This grand wedding, which took place in the year 2022, came to an end in just a few years. Hansika Motwani had approached the court for separation with mutual consent. The most important thing about this divorce is that Hansika has given up any claim of stridhan or alimony from Sohail. During the court proceedings, both the parties filed affidavits clarifying that they have no financial demands from each other.

According to the petition, the couple often argued even over small matters, making it difficult for them to live together under the same roof. As a result, they finally decided to separate.The petition further states that the couple’s parents, relatives and friends made several efforts to reunite them and encouraged them to live together. However, his efforts to save the marriage failed. Eventually, the petitioners agreed to a mutual consent separation and ended their marriage. Both are living separately since July 2, 2024.

Although the relationship was said to have soured, Motwani and Khaturia later talked and decided to proceed for a mutual divorce. Both the parties filed their affidavits, in which no one made any claim or demand against the other.
Motwani married Khaturia in a traditional Hindu ceremony at Mandota Fort in Jaipur on December 4, 2022. The couple did not have any children from this marriage.Motwane, who started as a child artiste in the TV show Shaka Laka Boom Boom and the film Koi… Mil Gaya, later became a popular actor in South cinema.
