Actor Rahul Dev described the release of his thriller web-series ‘Griha Lakshmi’ as a great and interesting start to the year 2025.
Rahul said, “I had a great experience working on this project and it is interesting to start 2025 on a great note with the release of this web series. The release date of ‘Griha Lakshmi’ on Epic On is January 16. I had a great experience working with a great cast and a great team. I hope that the audience will like seeing me in this new style and will keep giving their love.”
Born in New Delhi, Rahul Dev and his actor brother Mukul Dev are the sons of Hari Dev, who was an Assistant Commissioner of Police. The actor played the role of a villain in Sunny Deol and Manisha Koirala starrer ‘Champion’ in 2000.
After this, he also appeared as a villain in the Punjabi film ‘Dharti’ in 2011. The actor then turned to Malayalam cinema, where he did several films including ‘Sringaravelan’.
He debuted in the world of television with ‘Devon Ke Dev Mahadev’ in 2013. In the show he played the role of the demon Arunasur. The actor has also participated in ‘Bigg Boss 10’.
After Hindi, South, he also appeared in the Bhojpuri film ‘Dulhan Chahi Pakistan Se 2’ released in the year 2018.
Meanwhile, if we look at the personal life of actor Rahul, he was first married to Reena, who died of cancer in 2009. They were married for 11 years and have a son named Siddharth.
Currently Rahul Dev is in a relationship with model and actress Mugdha Godse. Godse has worked in Hindi films like Priyanka Chopra starrer ‘Fashion’, ‘All the Best Fun Begins’, ‘Jail’, ‘Help’ and Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer ‘Heroine’.
