Popular singer Sonu Nigam participated in a show called ‘Rising Rajasthan’ and during the program something happened which the singer did not like. Sonu shared a video of himself on his Instagram handle in which he ‘politely’ requested all the politicians not to leave any program midway. Along with the video, he wrote, “It is a humble request to all the respected politicians of India that if you suddenly have to leave midway, please do not attend the program of any artist.” This is an insult to art and artists and Mother Saraswati.

In the video, Sonu Nigam is heard saying, “Many politicians including CM Sahib, Sports Minister and Youth Minister were present in the concert. During the show, I saw that CM Saheb and other people got up and left in the middle. After him other representatives also left. Therefore, my humble request to the politicians is that if you do not respect the artists then who will?He further said thatIf you have to get up and leave, don’t come or leave before the show starts.
