In an interview given on screen, Tigmanshu Dhulia talked about an incident from his life when he had tears in his eyes. During the shooting of one of his films, he was threatened with blackening his face and making him ride on a donkey. This whole matter is related to his film ‘Haasil’.

While talking to the screen, Tigmanshu had told that during the shooting in Allahabad University, he was threatened with assault and sabotage. Because some people felt that the film was presenting the university and student politics in a wrong way. The actor had said, ‘I was called to the office of the District Magistrate, where the alumni association president of the university was sitting. They threatened to break our shooting vehicles, blacken my face, make me sit on a donkey and take me around the city. I was alone there and started crying.
