Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar and director Priyadarshan are in the news these days for their film ‘Bhoot Bangla’. This film was released in theaters on 17th April, after which it has earned well at the box office so far. Meanwhile, a big news is coming that the pair is going to be seen together in two more films, after which the excitement of the fans has increased further.

According to sources related to the project in the report published in Hindustan Times, it was told that the shooting of a comedy film starring Akshay and Priyadarshan will start in January 2027. After this, the second film ‘Bhoot Police 2’ is going to be made and these films will be produced by Ramesh Taurani. There were talks for ‘Bhoot Police 2’ for the last 2 months, however now everything has been finalized. Akshay Kumar will be in the lead role in this and the search for another lead actor is being done. Ramesh Taurani has also confirmed these news.
Akshay and Priyadarshan’s movies
Let us tell you that the first part of ‘Bhoot Police’ was released in 2021, in which actors like Saif Ali Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez, Yami Gautam and Javed Jaffrey were seen. This film was directed by Pawan Kirpalani and produced by Ramesh Taurani. Apart from this, the pair of Priyadarshan and Akshay Kumar has also worked in Hera Pheri, Garam Masala, Bhagam Bhag, Bhool Bhulaiyaa, De Dana Dan and Khatta Meetha. After ‘Bhoot Bangla’, both will be seen together in Haiwaan and Hera Pheri 3. However, nothing has been decided yet regarding Hera Pheri 3.

Bhoot Bungalow Collection
Actors like Vamika Gabbi, Tabu, Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav and Govardhan Asrani are seen in Akshay Kumar’s Bhoot Bangla. According to Sacknilk reports, the film opened with Rs 16 crore on the first day including paid previews. However, there was a tremendous jump in its earnings on the second and third day. The film has so far collected a total of Rs 117.05 crore in 11 days and has done a business of more than Rs 180 crore worldwide.
