Danish did not know who Bade Saheb was
Danish Iqbal has played this character in the film. The brilliant acting done by Danish while lying down in the film has won everyone’s heart. In a recent interview, Danish Iqbal told that during the shooting of the film, he himself had no idea that Bade Saheb was there.
According to the report, Aditya Dhar wanted to keep it a secret and he was also very serious about it. Danish said in the interview, ‘To be honest, till a few months ago even I did not know that my character was Bade Saheb. I was a little suspicious, but Aditya had kept this information completely secret.
In an interview given to Variety India, Danish Iqbal said, ‘When Mukesh Chhabra offered him the role of Dawood, his first question was – who Dawood? Because David can be anyone’s name, right? But when it was clarified to him what it was about, he was surprised and asked if he was really sure. ‘Danish said that he felt that he did not look like Dawood at all.
