Known for his velvety voice and heart-touching stories, Nilesh Mishra has taken another step into the world of independent music. The first title song of their upcoming album “Zameen Pe Taare” has been officially released on 17 March 2026. This is his second major performance as an independent singer-songwriter. “Zameen Pe Taare” is not just a song, but an ocean of emotions. This song has been written, composed and sung by Nilesh Mishra himself. Composer Mohit Shankar’s tunes have made it even more effective.

The song is currently available for streaming on platforms like ‘Spotify’, ‘JioSaavn’, ‘Gaana’, ‘Amazon Music’ and ‘Apple Music’ as well as on their official ‘YouTube’ channel. A press release issued here said, “The lyrics of the song tell the story of a relationship that once seemed as vast as the sky, but now lies scattered on the ground like fallen stars.

A ‘music video’ has also been released with this song, directed by Ritam Nandy and produced by Saumya Tandon. Co-actress Roshni Rawat is also seen with Mishra in the video. The cinematography of the video is done by Abhishek Verma and editing is done by Bhuvan Chaudhary.
Mishra narrates Hindi stories through programs like “Yaadon Ka Idiot Box” on Big FM Radio. He also hosted “Kahaani Express” on radio. His most famous Bollywood songs include “Jaadoo Hai Nasha Hai” from the film “Jism”, “I Love You” from the film “Bodyguard”, “Kuch To Bata Zindagi” from “Bajrangi Bhaijaan”, “Abhi Kuch Din Se” from the film “Dil To Bachcha Hai Ji” and “Maine Dil Se Kaha” from the film “Rog”.
