The craze for ‘Dhurandhar 2’ is going crazy among the people. The huge pre-sale of the film’s preview show is proof of this. The makers have now officially started the full flagged advance booking of this much awaited film across the country. It is noteworthy that this film has earned more than Rs 25 crore since its paid premiere on March 18. At present, ticket sales are going on in full swing in both India and foreign markets.

Advance booking of Dhurandhar 2 started across the country
Let us tell you that on Saturday, March 14, the makers announced the nationwide advance booking of the film by posting on social media. While sharing the poster of Dhurandhar 2, the caption of the post reads, “The time has come to spoil! Advance booking of Dhurandhar The Revenge is open across the country. Book your tickets now. Dhurandhar The Revenge will be released worldwide on March 19 on Gudi Padwa, Ugadi and Eid. It will be released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.”

According to trade website Sacknilk, till 2 pm on Saturday, the paid premiere of Dhurandhar 2 has earned Rs 27.78 crore. By including block booking, this figure reaches 32.09 crores. Trade analysts believe that this figure may soon cross Rs 35 crore, making it one of the highest grossing films on the first day of its premiere in the country. If the current trend continues, this sequel can easily surpass many existing records in the ‘paid preview’ category. Dhurandhar 2 also has the advantage that it is being released in Hindi as well as South Indian languages.

This sequel has also left behind the opening-day collections of its first film, Dhurandhar. When the original film was released on December 5, 2025, it collected around Rs 28 crore on the first day. Looking at the current trend of advance booking, it has defeated the giants with a collection of 32.09 per block seat. However, it is inches away from beating Chhava’s net opening of Rs 33.50 crore.

Let us tell you that the first film was successful at the worldwide box-office, earning more than Rs 1,300 crore. With tremendous pre-release momentum and huge expectations from the audience, Dhurandhar: The Revenge now looks all set for a spectacular opening weekend.

Tickets for ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ are now available on the ticketing platform in all cities across India. According to Book My Show, the first show in metro cities will start between 6:15–6:30 am, while the last show of the night is scheduled around 11:30–11:45 pm, with some even starting as early as 11:55 pm in select theatres. If this is true, then night shows that start at 11:30 pm would end a little before 4 am, considering that there is usually a 15 to 30 minute break between films.

What is the runtime of Dhurandhar 2?
According to Bollywood Hungama, the runtime of Dhurandhar 2 is expected to be around 235 minutes (3 hours and 55 minutes). For some locations, a slightly shorter version of 3 hours and 40 minutes will reportedly be available. The film is longer than its first part’s runtime of 214.01 minutes (3 hours, 34 minutes and 1 second), which was already the longest film in recent times.
