South superstar Allu Arjun is in the news these days due to a controversy. Recently, a brand manager Kaveri Barua made some shocking allegations against the actor and his team during a podcast. Now Pushpa Star has started legal action calling these claims wrong.

What was the whole matter?

Former Royal Enfield brand manager Kaveri Barua claimed in a podcast that before meeting Allu Arjun, her team had given her a list of ’42 rules’ (Do’s and Don’ts). According to Kaveri, these rules also included that no one could ‘look the actor in the eyes’ or shake his hand. He also said that the superstar’s team is very strict and they have a ‘manager’s manager’.

Criticism on social media

As soon as the clip of this podcast went viral on social media, people started targeting Allu Arjun. Many users called it ‘arrogance’ and questioned why one can’t look into someone’s eyes. After the controversy escalated, Kaveri has deleted her social media accounts (Instagram and LinkedIn).

A befitting reply from Allu Arjun’s team

Breaking the silence on these allegations, Allu Arjun’s team has issued an official statement. The statement said that the comments made about Mr. Allu Arjun are completely false and baseless. He has always worked with respect and dignity. Our legal team is now taking defamation action against those spreading these false allegations. The team has also appealed to the people not to spread any information without knowing the truth.
