Dharmendra, who was fondly called Dharam Paaji, was famous not only for his films but also for his simple personality. On one hand, ‘Indian Idol Season 16’ paid tribute to Dharmendra in its own special style, while actress Sudha Chandran posted on social media remembering him.
Singing reality show ‘Indian Idol Season 16’ presented an emotional moment. The special episode of the show ‘Yaadon Ki Barat’ was dedicated to late Dharmendra. Veteran Bollywood actor Jitendra also appeared in this segment. There has been a friendship between Jitendra and Dharmendra for almost five decades. Both have worked together in many superhit films, which include films like ‘The Burning Train’, ‘Dharam Veer’, ‘Dharam Karma’ and ‘Kinara’. During the segment, the contestants sang popular songs of Dharmendra and remembered his contributions. During this, the atmosphere became so emotional that the judge of the show and famous rapper Badshah also became emotional.
