The wait is over for the fans of Prime Video’s superhit web series ‘Mirzapur’. The makers have officially announced the release date of ‘Mirzapur: The Movie’. After creating a stir on OTT for three seasons, now Mirzapur Ka Bhaukaal will be seen in theatres.
Release date announced: There will be rebellion on this day
Made under the banner of Excel Entertainment, the film will hit the theaters on September 4, 2026. The makers announced this through an interesting social media post. Announcing the release date of the film, the makers wrote, “P..f..b..bh..get ready to welcome Mirzapur The Movie #MirzapurTheMovie arriving in a theater near you on 4th September, 2026.

Fans expressed their excitement in the comment section on the release date of the film. Many also shared their love for the popular character Munna Tripathi, aka Munna Bhaiya, played by Divyanshu Sharma. One user commented, “Munna bhaiya is back.” Another wrote, “Finally we get to see Munna Bhaiya again (sic).”

For those who don’t know, the shooting of the film has been completed and is currently in the post-production stage. In January, Ali Fazal had shared an update about the shooting of the film on his Instagram handle.
