After getting very tired, the actress decided that she would teach him a lesson and she went to the police and told everything clearly. The accused called the actress to meet him at a restaurant in Nagarbhavi area on 1 November. When the actress reached there and clearly said that she was not interested in friendship, the accused got enraged and started abusing.

The accused person is describing himself as connected to two big newspapers. At present, a case has been registered against him under sections 75 (sexual harassment), 78 (stalking) and 79 (attempt to outrage the modesty of a woman) of the Indian Penal Code.
