Popular YouTuber Elvish Yadav has got a big relief from the Supreme Court in an old case. Actually, in 2023, Elvish was accused of using snake venom and an FIR was registered. This FIR was lodged against YouTuber in Noida and UP Police was investigating the case.
Elvish was accused of using snake venom as an intoxicant at a rave party in Noida in November 2023. In this case, the police had also arrested the YouTuber on March 17 in 2024. Now that Elvish has got relief in this matter, he has expressed his happiness by sharing a video.

Elvish said in his video, ‘Ram-Ram everyone, today is a very happy day. Best wishes to everyone for Navratri and Happy Gudi Padwa. Today is also your brother’s Independence Day. Because the Supreme Court, I am so happy to say this, because the Supreme Court has rejected our snake case. I always had faith in our judiciary that justice will be served. Whoever has done what he has done will be punished. The one who has not done anything will be saved. Many thanks to the Supreme Court and its judiciary. The FIR in our case was cancelled. I am very happy, can’t tell how happy I am.

Elvish further said, ‘I was arrested two years ago on March 17, 2024, in this false case. Since then I have been saying that I did not do anything. A case was registered against me in November 2023, since then I have been saying that I did not do anything. Media people and news channels ran news against me that Elvish Yadav did this and that. I have suffered a lot of harassment, my family has suffered a lot.
The YouTuber further said, ‘Whatever I and my family have endured, God forbid it happens to anyone. Whatever happened, a case was filed against us and we won. But, what is the compensation for the harassment we have faced in the last two and a half years? Will someone come and say sorry to us? We don’t want apologies from anyone. I don’t understand how to compensate for the time we spent. However, whatever it is, I am very happy. God forbid these difficult times come in anyone’s life. Our comeback was very good. Because, people were very nice to us. My family supported me. Thanks to all of you, keep the love like this…love you.
