Mumbai. The TV industry has been entertaining the audience for a long time, but the artists and technical team working behind it have to face many problems. These problems include problems like delay in payment and long working hours. These problems are not new, but the discussion on them has definitely intensified with time. Now actor Varun Badola has openly expressed his views on this. He has reacted to the delay in the working hours and fees of the actors.

According to IANS, Varun Badola said, “Any person should get his wages on time. This is a simple rule which must be followed. If something is going wrong somewhere, it should be rectified immediately, because it directly affects people’s life and work.

Apart from this, Varun Badola also expressed concern over long working hours in the TV industry. He said, “Working continuously for long hours is not good for anyone and there is a need to think seriously about it. This problem comes up again and again, due to which it has become very important to bring changes in it. If the work is done properly, better quality work can be done even in less time, without affecting anyone’s health.”

Talking about the changes in the industry, Varun Badola said, “Sometimes there is a lack of discipline in the industry. If work is done with proper planning and discipline, better results can be achieved. But at present this is rarely seen, due to which work pressure increases and satisfaction also decreases.”

Varun Badola said, “Even though today’s workload is more and challenges have also increased, there is no dearth of talent in the industry. I believe that superstars will always be created, but at the same time it is important that the working environment is also made better.”
