South West Delhi Police Officer Abhimanyu Poswal has informed in his statement that at around 3.10 pm, the police received the news from Mata Chanan Devi Hospital that Prashant Tamang, resident of Raghu Nagar, has died. After this the investigating officer reached the hospital and checked the necessary documents. Crime team and FSL team also went to his house to investigate and collected many evidences from the spot. At present, Prashant’s body has been taken to DDU Hospital for post-mortem. Meanwhile, the police have also recorded the statement of the wife.
