New Delhi: TV actor Ashish Kapoor has been sent to judicial custody for 14 days by Tis Hazari Court. Delhi Police arrested her on charges of sexual abuse with a woman. The complainant woman had alleged that Ashish raped her in the bathroom during a House party in Delhi in the second week of August. Ashish was caught by the police from Pune, before he was hiding in many places by changing the location.

The actor conducted a medical potency test on Friday 5 September, which is considered to be an important evidence in the rape case against him. According to ANI, this test took place in AIIMS. Delhi Police says that this report will be used as an important evidence against them in the alleged rape case. A senior police officer told HT, ‘The team was searching for him. He was first searched in Goa, but when the team arrived, he left from there. He was then searched in Pune, where he was living with a friend and was arrested on Tuesday.

Complaint… then changed statement!

A 24 -year -old girl working in a private company accused her of gangrape by giving her intoxicating substance at a party. The group allegedly added intoxicating substance to her cold drink, causing her to faint and then gang -raped her. According to the police, the complainant initially alleged that Ashish Kapoor and his friend hosted the party and had sexually abused him by two unknown men. He also claimed that the entire incident was filmed by the accused and threatened that if he complained, he would upload the video online. Later the woman said that only Ashish Kapoor raped her. According to police officials, the case, which was earlier registered as gang rape, will now be converted into rape.
