Rajan Shahi’s production house has finally issued a statement regarding the accident that happened on the sets of ‘Anupama’. Actually, during that time a camera assistant had died due to electric shock on the set. In the statement he said, ‘An unfortunate accident occurred during the shooting of the TV show Anupama in Film City. This was a human error.
